Eagle harpy alternate colors

So my friend created this neat design for the eagle harpies of Welwera. She drew Zharca in this neat plumage and it´s awesome go check it out aeroswift4.deviantart.com/art/… since i´m still not entirely sure what precisely the eagle harpy plumage looks like i tried out her design and i gotta say i love those white stripes on the wings

 I think overall the plumage is too vibrant to be really practical in nature but i love it anyways. The plumage itself varies in color from dark red to orange tones and rarely even yellow however only the adult plumage has those rich colors, people like Zharca who, much to her disdain, don´t yet have those feathers remain rather colorless in shades of brown.
